Mentoring

What is mentoring?

Mentoring is a developmental relationship in which the mentor provides guidance, support, advice, and feedback to the mentee to help them grow personally and professionally. The mentor shares wisdom, helps the mentee navigate challenges, and offers insights to encourage their learning, skill development, and goal achievement. The relationship is often built on trust, mutual respect, and a commitment to the mentee’s growth.

What will your mentoring journey look like with PCAMS?

At PCAMS we will tailor a program that suits you to accompany you in your journey, enabling you to develop and achieve your goals along the way. The timeframe will be decided by you in conjunction with PCAMS and conducted at a location to suit you.

Mentoring is a personal to the mentee, so your journey with PCAMS will be shaped by you. The PCAMS team can help advise you how to get the best out of the programme.
